Rochelle Neff

Rochelle NeffApproximately 12 years ago I moved to southern Saskatchewan from the booming city of Saskatoon. Since that time I have found a way of life that I have come to greatly appreciate. I am blessed everyday that my children have a safe environment to grow up in. I live in an extraordinary community of people who are always extending a helping hand, and I have the privilege of being a part of the enthusiasm and success that this great province is now experiencing. It is time that the entire world is recognizing our achievements and our potential. Currently, I am employed with R.M. of Excel No. 71, the Business Manager for Red Coat Road & Rail, and I run a graphic Designs business from my home. Naming a few, I have been involved with the South Central Enterprise Region since its formation; I am Vice Chair for the Bengough Economic Development Association and I was a Board Director for the former Red Coat REDA. Saskatchewan is where I was born and raised, I adore the beauty it embraces and I am genuinely proud to call it my home. It is with the greatest admiration that I get the opportunity to work in partnership with the regions economic finest. As a Director, I offer my dedication, my enthusiasm, and my optimism in the development and success of the South Central Enterprise Region.

Stewart Scott

Stewart ScottAlthough my background is strongly grounded in the private sector, I live in a small village in rural Saskatchewan and when the prospect of sitting on the board of SCER presented itself, I was excited at the opportunity. With a mandate to foster increased capacity for sustainable economic sector development, I was intrigued with the idea that regional economic development could also benefit those smaller communities that sometimes get lost in the shuffle. My colleagues on the board have a broad sector and community perspective with a conscientious and collaborative approach to developing infrastructure and balancing our need for growth with environmental considerations. In all, I am pleased with the proactive approach we take and the positive results to date. I look forward to continued successful implementation of projects that meet our vision and mission statements in a practical sense, and ultimately to seeing a new era of sustained economic growth within our region.
