Rouleau

Rouleau is well known as Dog River from Corner Gas. The original set is still standing there. Rouleau is a primarily agricultural area surrounded by large farmsteads on one of the flattest parts of the prairies. It is located on the Soo Line, just a half an hour southeast of Moose Jaw. Rouleau residents have the benefit of being close to two urban centers, while enjoying country living. Homes cost less, residential lots are very large and the air is fresh and clean. There has been a significant number of new housing starts in the past few years prompting Town Council to create a new residential section. Although people commute to either Moose Jaw or Regina for work, many have their employment right in town. Rouleau has a wide variety of businesses and services. The Rouleau school has grades Kindergarten to Twelve and a very low student to teacher ratio, at an average of one teacher for 10 students. It also has its own Community Cable Station.

Rouleau provides a perfect place to raise children or to retire to. It is a great choice for businesses who want spacious surroundings and lower operating costs with easy access to the nearby cities. Rouleau is the perfect place for businesses wanting a creative, vibrant and sustainable community to prosper and grow in.
